Claudine O'Sullivan is an Irish artist based in Glasgow whose practice explores movement as a method for making. Working across painting, drawing and writing, she translates the rhythm, repetition and resistance of endurance movement into abstract compositions that examine structure, memory and place. Rather than depicting landscape, her work investigates how movement is experienced and recorded through the body. Alongside her studio practice, Claudine has collaborated with organisations including HOKA, Apple and the National Trust, and is a mentor for the Association of Illustrators. She has exhibited internationally and writes about the relationship between movement and creativity, including for Like the Wind magazine. Through workshops and participatory projects, she invites others to experience movement not simply as exercise, but as a way of paying attention, observing and making.
