About
Tilly GW is a creative director, storyteller, and changemaker who works with and empowers Women and Non-Binary runners through ultra-running and storytelling. She is the founder and director of Mathieu!, a development program that brought 29 runners to the startline of the Swiss Alps 100 this August, and co-facilitates the Radical Equity Program in collaboration with The Speed Project to realise equity at their races.
Alongside leading these programs, Tilly has built teams and physically supported runners across mountain ranges and deserts in Europe, South America, and the USA. She has directed films that empower Women and Non-Binary runners in front and behind the camera, and earlier this year launched REPZINE, an independent magazine that documents her projects. Tilly lives between Santiago de Chile, and London UK.
